"Haley, you have helped me so much! The first picture was taken at the end of January 2019 two weeks after having my 3rd child. The second was taken a few days ago. I have struggled greatly to get my body back to where I feel comfortable. I know little to nothing about working out on my own so often just went the route of treadmill (I hate running) and would find myself sticking to it for a month or two and then getting bored with it. I started your class in April of 2019 and fell in love with working out. I saw my body changing, I saw my mood improving, I started feeling comfortable again! Due to my husband changing jobs towards the end of 2019, I wasn’t able to make it to class as often and let myself slip up at home... [I found some online workouts on Pinterest], but it still hasn’t felt the same as being a part of your class and fit fam. I’m so thankful for you and what you are doing by offering these online classes. Thank you, thank you, thank you!"
