Giving birth and raising a baby is a miracle and never-ending joy. But as moms, we also need to take care of ourselves so that we can be healthy both mentally and physically for our growing family.
As a registered nurse, 13-year fitness professional, an ACE certified group exercise instructor, and now a certified prenatal and postnatal fitness specialist, my passion is to make a difference in people’s lives through health and community.

FIT MOM FUSION CLASSES
Motherhood brings us so many surprises, but you'll know exactly what to expect prior to each workout in Fit Mom Fusion. With this class, you’ll be guided through safe and effective prenatal and postpartum workouts that will not only rebuild your core but help you gain back your self-esteem. These workouts will be low-impact yet focused on building strength, both for delivery preparation and in recovery postpartum.
As a mom who has not only provided fitness regimens many women during and after their pregnancies along with following one myself, I'm also available for any questions you may have.
This is not your typical exercise class; it’s a community of moms coming together for encouragement, self-care and bonding. Not to mention, it's perfect for the mom with her hands full.
