About the event
All of our express classes are 45 minutes or less to give you a quick yet effective workout! These workouts are more intense than some of our longer workouts but offer plenty of variations for modifiers if needed. In our Bootcamp Cardio series we focus on all of our tough bootcamp cardio circuits that really crank our heart rate and give us the ultimate challenge. We end this class with an abdominal segment to help define and chisel your core.
