About the event
Our strength series is just that - strictly strength! In this class we use heavy weights, light weights and body weight as our resistance tools to carve and sculpt lean muscle. Â We will hit all major muscle groups to make this a true total body workout. Â Show up. Work hard. Be inspired.
Equipment needed:
- Heavy weight (5 - 15 lbs - I usually recommend starting with 8lbs for most people)
- Light weight (1 - 8lbs - I usually recommend starting with 5lbs for most people)
- Yoga Mat (you can also use a bath towel or anything that's comfortable to do floor work on)
- Bench or Chair (this is optional and can be easily modified with a couch or floor)
