About the event
Our strength series is just that - strictly strength! In this class we use heavy weights, light weights and body weight as our resistance tools to carve and sculpt lean muscle. We will hit all major muscle groups to make this a true total body workout. Show up. Work hard. Be inspired.
Equipment needed:
- Heavy weight (5 - 15 lbs - I usually recommend starting with 8lbs for most people)
- Light weight (1 - 8lbs - I usually recommend starting with 5lbs for most people)
- Yoga Mat (you can also use a bath towel or anything that's comfortable to do floor work on)
- Bench or Chair (this is optional and can be easily modified with a couch or floor)
