All of our express classes are 45 minutes or less to give you a quick yet effective workout! These workouts are more intense than some of our longer workouts but offer plenty of variations for modifiers if needed. Our Combo Express class pairs resistance training with high intensity cardio for a total body workout that helps to scorch calories while building lean muscle.
