About the event
The transverse abdominis is often overlooked and undercued in the fitness world. Â In this class we learn how to activate that deep muscle and focus on learning how to utlizie that activation in regular exercise patterns. Â We also work through many pelvic floor exercises which can help in preperation for delivery and also in recovery postpartum.
