About the event
Our combo express days have quickly become a crowd favorite over the past few months! This workout is a mashup of all our workouts to give you one ultimate class experience. The best part? It's only 40 - 45 minutes in length! We up the intensity and cut back the time to get you a fun, quick and efficient sweat session! You can expect to use heavy weights, light weights, loop bands, a workout bench and a yoga mat in any of these combo classes. Each combo workout will be different!
