Step aerobics is Haley's all time favorite workout method because it's super fun, choreographed and music driven which makes the time FLY by! Â Allow your body to move across the bench as your heart rate soars. Â We pair this cardio session with resistance training using mini loop bands as a way to challenge the body in a different way. Â Join us for a fun, upbeat and seriously effective training session!
