About the event
Our strength series is one of our most popular workouts on the schedule! Â In these classes we focus primarily on resistance training utilizing dumbbells and bodyweight as our tools. Â Form correction and muscle activation with the mind-muscle connection are things that I focus on throughout this class. Â Safe and effective strength training will help to build muscle which will, in turn, burn fat to leave you sculpted, toned and defined.Â
