Every Friday, you'll have the opportunity to really focus your efforts on PROGRESS. The "Summer Progression Series" will include a log (I'll provide this to you) that you can print and track your results on. You'll be tracking things like: weight used, reps completed, energy levels, etc. This is a GREAT opportunity to make sure you are making progress in your fitness program. The first Friday of the month this class will be live. The following Fridays you will complete the recording at whatever time works best for you. Before you begin each workout I encourage you to review your stats from the prior workout and set a goal to break those stats (increased weight or reps, more energy output) for the workout you're about to complete.
