Service Description

We combine upper body and lower body strength during this workout for a total body burn. This is a lower impact workout. Our strength series is one of our most popular workouts on the schedule! In these classes, we focus primarily on resistance training utilizing dumbbells and bodyweight as our tools. Form correction and muscle activation with the mind-muscle connection are things that I focus on throughout this class. Safe and effective strength training will help to build muscle which will, in turn, burn fat to leave you sculpted, toned and defined.
