Clean Tuna Salad

Protein + veggies! Perfection! This super simple, quick and convenient recipe is perfect for those who love easy + yummy meal prep ideas! Of course, this recipe is taken from my recipe bible, Fixate by Autumn Calabrese which is filled with clean and healthy recipes! Check out my version of this recipe below!

This recipe literally took me about 10 minutes to make! I covered this dish and kept in the fridge for easy access all week long. It goes great on a piece of whole grain toast, on top of a bed of spinach or even with some whole grain crackers! Makes 2 servings Ingredients:

  • 2 cans (5 oz each can) chunk light tuna, packed in water, drained

  • 1 tsp extra-virgin olive oil

  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard (sugar free)

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, finely chopped

  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh tarragon


  1. Combine tuna, oil, mustard, bell pepper, and herbs in a medium bowl.

  2. Mix well.
