I made and completed this workout while I was on vacation in Clear Water, Florida! It was almost 90° there so I was really working up a sweat! Here's the breakdown: As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 20 minutes. 1. Switch Lunges x 30 2. Push-ups x 15 3. Squat jumps x 30 4. Tricep Dips x 15 5. High knees x 30 6.
