INGREDIENTS
½ banana, mashed
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 tsp cinnamon
½-1 apple, diced
1 tbsp almond butter
Mixed nuts (like almonds, macadamias or pecans), chopped
Handfull of dried cranberries (or raisins)
Instructions
In a small bowl, add banana, oats, almond milk and cinnamon.
Cover and put in the fridge overnight.
In the morning, eat the overnight oats cold or warm it up (that's what I do) and top with apple, chopped nuts, almond butter and cranberries/raisins.
