Overnight Oats - Apple Nut Crumble


INGREDIENTS

  • ½ banana, mashed

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened

  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseeds

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • ½-1 apple, diced

  • 1 tbsp almond butter

  • Mixed nuts (like almonds, macadamias or pecans), chopped

  • Handfull of dried cranberries (or raisins)

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, add banana, oats, almond milk and cinnamon.

  • Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

  • In the morning, eat the overnight oats cold or warm it up (that's what I do) and top with apple, chopped nuts, almond butter and cranberries/raisins.

  • Enjoy the rest of your day!
