**PLEASE READ: This is a different style of class - giving a glimpse into our new strength programming that I'm phasing into. Please don't reach for 5's and 8's for your dumbbells. You need to lift heavy. We are decreasing reps and increasing load. I used primarily 15's and 20's but adjusted to what I needed when. I also used 12's and 25's at different points. You also need a mini loop band which I did forget to mention! So grab one before you get started.
