A full-length old school Bootcamp workout for all my lifers who requested it. Most of our workouts this month will be between 30-40 minutes. So I wanted to provide one big hitter for you!
This workout is comprised of a warm up and 3 blocks of work. The first block has 2 big cardio pushes with resistance training as our recovery between them. Our second block has one big cardio push and a second that has strength and plyo. The third block is all floor work CORE work!
Breaking this workout down into 3 blocks really made the workout fly by. It honestly did NOT feel like 50 minutes at all!
