THEME: 10 reps
**Please take a few minutes to warm up before pressing play. You can do a few minutes of jumping jacks, lateral leaps, jump rope, grapevines, dancing — whatever makes you feel slightly short of breath and warm. I'd also recommend a quick stretch through your hamstrings and shoulders.
This is definitely my favorite CORE 10 workout so far!
