For reference: I am currently 29.5 weeks (3rd trimester) pregnant in this video with no physical limitations per my doctor other than to only do what feels comfortable.
What You’ll Need:
● Light - Medium (2nd, 3rd + 4th trimester*)
● Medium - Heavy (1st trimester and after 4th trimester)
● Yoga Mat
*4th trimester is 12 weeks after giving birth and is just as important as the first 3. (READ THAT AGAIN, MAMA)
