Our fit fam schedule is ready for July! Check out some of our new additions for our VIRTUAL program: "Bootcamp Cardio Express + Abs" and "FIT MOM!". I know many of you will ask so let me explain what these two classes will be like! BOOTCAMP CARDIO EXPRESS + ABS: This will be a SHORT but INTENSE workout that includes 25 minutes of our favorite and high intensity Bootcamp cardio circuits and finishes with 10 minutes of abdominal work. With a warm up and cool down this class will be 45 minutes or less. A quick but effective workout to change up our patterns!
FIT MOM!: This class is geared toward ANYONE looking to strengthen or rebuild their pelvic floor, transverse abdominals, abdominal wall and core. It's especially useful for pregnant women, postpartum women (who are medically cleared to workout) and new moms who really want to focus on properly rebuilding those deep abdominal muscles and pelvic floor muscles that get so deeply altered during pregnancy.
BALANCE This month is all about BALANCE. Now that we've really solidified this workout habit and routine let's really make it permanent by balancing the other areas to be in sync with this new habit we've formed. How have you adjusted your patterns to include your workout of the day? What obstacles have you had to overcome in order to make this happen and how do you plan to continue on this path despite them? What other areas in your day can you find a healthy balance of work, self-care, health, love and daily responsibilities. I'd love to hear about them! How are you balancing different nutrition choices within this new routine/schedule?

I highly recommend tryin your Thursday class in-studio! Classes are just $5.00 each or there are discounted monthly memberships available through Uptown Fitness.
NOTE: We are taking every precaution we can to maintain safety in our in-studio facility. Masks are required until you are in your own "fitness zone" and also anytime you leave your "fitness zone". Hand sanitizer is available throughout the studio and equipment is cleaned after each use. "Fitness zones" are spaced 6 feet a part to maintain social distancing.
