GUYS!! We have some exciting things happening in the month of September! Here's your breakdown (calendar included below): 1.) TIME CHANGES TO HELP EVERYONE MAKE A LIVE SESSION
You'll see some classes are at 10:15 AM and some are at 5:15 PM. This is to help everyone tune in live whether you're back to work for the school year or a shift worker. We even have varying weekend class times as well. Mark it on your calendar now to make it a priority to tune in live for the times you're able!
**Please note that on September 28th class time will be in the evening. My family is traveling to visit with my in-laws that weekend and we won't be back until that afternoon.
2.) NEW NUTRITIONAL CHALLENGES
These challenges are outlined further in the workshop held at the end of August (recording available in our Facebook group) with our registered dietician, Katie Mihelcic. She has graciously agreed to run these challenges right within the group units section (via Facebook group) to help you stay more accountable and focused on your nutrition goals. SO many of you have asked for me to run a nutritional challenge group again — so here it is. You'll be challenged each week with a new topic. The goal is to carry each lesson with you into the next week and start applying it to your lifestyle permanently. Will you take the challenge?
3.) FITNESS PROGRAMMING
You'll see that the format of our workouts will change, yet again. I'm on a 6 week pattern right now. So we will continue with our current format for the first 2 weeks of September and then change it up to offer the strength days on Tuesdays and Thursdays and our combo or cardio days in between. I'm so excited to see how our bodies react to this change of pace!

4.) LIVE BAKING EPISODE with Lindsay, "THE PIN-UP BAKER"
Our first live baking episode was SO fun that we decided to do it again! Stay tuned for what we are whipping up in the kitchen! A recipe and ingredient list will be provided in advance. But be sure to plan to do this LIVE with us to ask questions and get more details, tips and tricks from Lindsay herself! This would be a great activity to do with your kids!
5.) NUTRITIONAL WORKSHOP + CHECK IN WITH THE TEAM DIETICIAN
Tune in LIVE with Katie, RD to ask questions about the challenges, get more detailed insight and learn more about how these challenges can really help boost your results and progress! I highly recommend adding this to your calendar!
6.) SPECIAL GUEST EVENT!
I whipped up something special for you all after reading so many posts where you all are obviously stressed and overwhelmed with things happening in the world right now. It's clear that your workouts and efforts are at risk to taking a back seat with how much is on your plate. My goal is to make sure you include self-care in your daily routine. You can't pour from an empty cup friends! This is SO SO important. The last thing I want is for your health and wellness to be bombed. Therefore, I thought it might be beneficial to have a boost of positivity within our group. Natalie Glaser, life coach, author, speaker, and breast cancer survivor will be doing a special discussion with us to help us find balance amid this crazy time. I scheduled this for our usual weekend workout time so that you could make the time to be present. We will move our workout earlier that day to accommodate both. I'd love to see you all tune in for this motivational boost!
