Sometimes, my sweet tooth gets the best of me! I know I'm not the only one with cravings for the sweet stuff though! That's why I wanted to share this healthy option for ICECREAM! This recipe is SO easy yet SO SO SO delicious!
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas (only use 1 if you're not a huge fan of banana flavored icecream) 2 Scoops Vanilla Shakeology powder 2 TBS almond butter 1 cup almond milk DIRECTIONS
Blend all ingredients well in a food processor until smooth. Freeze for approximately 4 hours. Serve and enjoy!
